| Star Lands RPG It all started in darkness. There was absolutely nothing. Then, someone was placed there; someone who decided that the place would no longer be dark. His name was Amalias. He created a platform, completely bare, where only he walked among it. But he created the others. The first to be born was Terra, who he deemed the goddess of the earth. She made the mountains, the plains, the forests, and much more. But the plants died out, so Amalias and Terra had a discussion to figure out what was needed. Anaklusmos was brought into the world, and he gave the plants water and allowed the area to flourish and grow once again. But the gods and plants alike had gotten tired. They needed rest. So, another was brought in, Crystallis, who put the land to rest once a year - winter. She was deemed the goddess of snow and ice. But they couldn't figure out how to get the snow to leave once everything had regained its energy. So, they brought in Fyeria and Asar - the goddess of fire, and the god of the sun. Together, they melted away the snow, and the land was bright once again. But soon, there was another issue. It was burning hot, too hot for anyone to be able to sleep. Someone else soon appeared, but he was brought by no one. He claimed himself to be Spyrus, one with the void. He and Asar worked together to bring an end to day - night. But the land had no feeling. So, Immatrialus and Reehaj were created - the god of peace and the god of war. They gave everyone a side, as to what they should do, and why they should do it. And this was when creatures, non-gods, were created. The first were the humans, then the wolves, the dragons, the deer, etc. All beautiful, all named by the gods... but then, Reehaj had gotten his way. Crystallis broke out into a war with Fyeria, over who got to do what, and Crystallis had settled it. She encased Fyeria in ice for one hundred years, so she could no longer burn Destinia. But the ice was eventually destroyed, melted away and eaten by time and so, Fyeria was then able to escape. She was angry at her sister, and they began to fight. It started off as a simple argument - but then it turned violent. Crystallis was the first god to die. Fyeria died soon after her, being unable to deal with the arguments from the others. And then came generation two. Solstice and Equinox, sisters to the ice and fire were born. They returned the land to peace. Spyrus had officially become a god, after much debate and new insight. All was peaceful once again, but then there was no longer feeling, other than that of violence and calm. The other gods stayed out of it, though they often had meetings to decide what was best for the newly created planet of Destinia. Then, a generation three followed - the newer gods: Valentine, goddess of love, Zephyros, god of storm, F'aea, goddess of color and the rainbow, and the gods figured out their place. But some were growing too tired, especially Spyrus, who had controlled two ancient elements - darkness and death. So generation four was brought forward, and no war has yet to come. Though it brought Diabolus, Twilight, Phantom and who knows - maybe a few others.Welcome to SLRPG! We are a very small community based around a large variant of things. We have multiple types of roleplay, which are allowed when one abides to the rules. We have mainly human rps, though dragons, wolves, and mythical creatures are quite common to find. The site's IC side is separated by a list of ancient elements. Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Ice, Light, Darkness, Death, Love, Tranquility, Chaos, and Magic. Each is ruled by a god who controls the element and a kingdom, citizens following their rule. There are, however, some that have multiple traits per each element, and reside in a single, or just prefer to be that of a Nomad and travel freely. The land itself, which is entitled Destinia by its creator - has a large area of mystery and tricks up its sleeve. **NOTE:** There are still multiple god spots open. We, of course, are also having many updates, so tune in! http://starlandsrpg.forumotion.com/ |
