Westeros Risk [Sixteenth Time's the Charm Edition] [Sign-up]

I was combing through my pictures when I found this thing I made a long time ago. I don't remember if I ever posted it on WCC or not. I'm like 70% sure this has never been really tested, so it is likely broken to an unplayable degree. All the information's in the image.

Use Risk Dice. Do whatever the hell you want, really. I don't feel like making a big fancy thing explaining how it works. I hardly even feel like playing. I just wanted an excuse to post this again.

EDIT: (looking at it now and just counting the provinces, the gets are way too OP)
(you could feasibly take over most houses with just a couple rolls)
(so just cut those numbers in half)
(e.g. a 5 gets you 4 territories and not 8)

(additional rule because i don't see it anywhere: you lose if you have no land provinces)
(i'm pretty sure i was going to make a v6 but never got around to it so it's not even finished lol)
