I do not recommend. I don't see much in your application, it seems very blank, with a simple sentence for the duties, what you would do, and why you deserve it. Plus, you are the newest member here and not quite used to the way things are, nor even the battle system. Its an important enough position that I wouldn't even recommend some of the newer members that have been here for months. Maybe when I see you are doing great with things and keep up your good role play, and a position is open, I will recommend you. But not now. Not being mean to the newbie or anything.
