Also, what do you mean by origins being (??????)? Could you elaborate on that or anything?

To answer your part,

Origins is already explained in the "Explanation of Template" at the bottom of our Creation Template. It refers to the blood in your cat. Are they full blood (pure), half blood (RiverClan x ShadowClan, ThunderClan x WindClan, etc.), or not of any clan blood (rogue, kittypet, loner)?

As for names, that is completely up to you. While Shadow- is no longer available, the taken names in a clan can be viewed in our Allegiances if you want to check that. I can't really recommend a name to you because it is your character. Though, as for suggestions or a few I can give to you that aren't taken, it would be:

Ivy-, Swift-, Dark-, Sedge-, Swift-, Spider-, etc.

It also appears you aren't using the correct template. It's missing information such as your favorite Warriors character and how well you know the series. Please go back and use the right one.

As stated before, they're in the Allegiances. Also, again, the name is up to you and my opinion doesn't really matter because it's your character. The name, is fine though and not taken in ShadowClan.
