As for me, I think you can guess.

RiverClan > WindClan > ThunderClan > ShadowClan

And I used to love ShadowClan second best and hate WindClan passionately. How things change.

I can't pick... Add in SkyClan, well. They're gone forever. ;A;

I feel more people would like ThunderClan if they weren't the Mary/Gary-sues of the series.

Maybe if they're particularly weak characters or written poorly. I have plenty of protagonists I simply adore, both fan-made and original. Take Ezio Auditore, for example; all he wants to do is kill the man who destroyed his family, thus making him a sort of anti-hero.

Personally, I think hating a Clan for being the main characters is a poor reason to avoid them.

The problem isn't necessarily that they're just protagonists; it's that they're the heroic and infallible gang, better than all the rest. It's more the fault of the Erins for being poor character writers.

Shadowclan > Windclan > Riverclan > Thunderclan

Because no on Thunderclan. Just nope. To the nope train to nope town.

From best to least best, 'cause I don't see bad anywhere, in my opinion:
Riverclan, Shadowclan, Windclan, Thunderclan

ShadowClan>>ThunderClan>>RiverClan>>WindClan (Before Firestar)

ShadowClan >> RiverClan>>ThunderClan>>WindClan (during Firestar)

In terms of territories though...

ThunderClan>>ShadowClan>>RiverClan>>WindClan

Sorry WindClan! I don't like you much :'( And I don't really like Firestar too much. Takes in too many outsiders... but then, that's a true ShadowClan cat speaking!
