Shiningpaw and Pantherpaw

Unable to locate the precise source of the injury, Aurapaw quickly grabbed a poppyseed by memory and nudged it into Rain's mouth, hoping it would do some good. "I really wish Bramblepaw were here to help..."

Rainpaw was still half covered by tree. Her face was buried in the branches and twigs. Her back paw was twisted like Darkshadow's. There were so many injuries, it was amazing that she was alive.

"Please, Rain," Aurapaw begged, his tears dripping down onto Rainpaw's pelt, "it's not your time yet! Don't let go-- for me......"

Rainpaw's flank moved up and down with short, shallow gasps. She was hanging on, but barely.

Echopaw raced in, wondering what all the noise was about. "Whats going on?"

Moonpaw curled his tail around his legs, and looked down at Rainpaw sadly.

There was another soft moan.

Darkshadow struggled to get up. She fell back to her side and felt pain shoot through her paw. She moaned again at the twisted part of her wrist.

Shiningpaw ran over to her and helped her up "Darkshadow are you okay?!"

"Y-yeah." She winced as she stood up.

Leopardpaw suddenly raced in, having heard the whole ordeal from Shinningpaw. Her emotions were bubbling up, like magma in a volcano. She was unsure whether she wanted to comfort Aurapaw and Shinningpaw or rake her claws down their backs for breaking the warrior code.

Is siting Under a tree a good 13 feet away from the whole ordeal watching them sadly

There was a small twitch from Rainpaw's ears, and then she woke up. Amazingly, she moved to get out from under the branch.
