Foxleap's elder ceremony

Stormeye was padding around the camp, his eyes fixed on the entrance. He was waiting for Runningfoot to come back, as she had been disappearing from the camp a lot since her mother's death, yet seemed to refused to get her lives, and because of this, the Clan was without a deputy and leader pretty much, so he had taken it on himself to be the deputy. After a few moments, he sighed and hopped onto the Tallrock, his long tail flickering. He had already speak to his old apprentice, but found it hard that she was becoming an elder before him. He raised his head to the bright blue sky, which was cloudless. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Tallrock for a Clan Meeting!" His voiced seemed to echo in the camp, but he shuffled on his paws. He wasn't ready to be leader yet, and he didn't want to be calling gathering, but this meeting had to be done.

Foxleap slowly padded out, scars running down her legs, and a scratch going down her back.

Stormeye gazed at the Clan, before flickering his tail toward Foxleap. "Foxleap, is it your wish to give up the name of a warrior and go to join the elders?" he sighed, gazing at his ex-apprentice.

Foxleap nodded reluctantly.

The grey warrior let out a sigh, raising his icy blue gaze to the sky. "Your Clan honors you and all the service you have given to us. I call upon StarClan to give you many moons of rest." As the Clan raised their voices, calling out the new elder's name, he leaped from the rock, letting out a sigh. "This meeting is over."

Foxleap hung her head and padded to the elders den. Derp.
