Silverstar padded into camp slowly. She'd just been out on an early morning patrol. Nothing had stirred and there was no sense of danger, except for an increase of twolegs. Perking up when she smelled the pleasing scent of fresh-kill, the silver she-cat trotted over and gave the pile a good sniffing. She thought she got a trace of something odd, but it was quickly covered by the warm smell of squirrel. Grabbing a piece of kill off the top, Silverstar dragged the plump prey underneath the shade of Highrock and waited for a friend to join her.
Brownpaw padded out of the apprentices den and wen to the freshkill pile and picked up a mouse and padded to Silverstar"c....can i join you?'"she asked.

"There have been extra twolegs around lately." Silverstar said half to herself and half to whoever was listening. "I even found twoleg rubbish under a pile of leaves." Her lip curled as if she could smell the disgusting beasts now. Halfway through her prey, she realized she could smell twoleg- in fact, she could taste it, too. Scrabbling to her paws, fur on end, the silver cat prodded the squirrel she had previously been eating and gave it a good sniff. Burried beneath the warm prey scent was twoleg rubbish- the squirrel had been poisoned. "Brownpaw, take this squirrel and bury it- far away from camp." Silvestar said, a grave look on her face. It wasn't long before she felt sick to her stomach and hurried off to the medicine cat's clearing.

Emberblaze's eyes widened. "Oh dear!" She mewed. The medicine cat led Silverstar over to a nest of moss. "Lie down here, I'll get the herbs." Emberblaze set a dock leaf in front of her leader, and gave her some yarrow. "Eat this." She instructed. "It will get rid of the poison."

She did as told, eating the herbs and vomiting scraps of squirrel. Silverstar continued to convulse and dug her claws into the ground, the toxins still not out of her body entirely.
OOC: I need to start losing some lives, so I plan on having this kill her.

She had barely swallowed the berries when she vomited again, feeling sick and weak. Her eyes were drooping and her muscles felt tired and overused. Still convulsing, she began to pant. It was hard to just stay awake and continue to struggle. Fading away, she closed her eyes and gave one last grunt of effort, and then went still.
