Just a dream.

Greystreak padded around a small pond before sitting down an a rock that hung over it. She dipped a paw in, watching small fish swim away.

ic: Frogleap faded into the dream nearby. He opened his eyes and got to his paws, looking around confused.

Greystreak jumped when she thought she heard someone, causing herself to fal in the water. She flipped out and when she got out, fluffed up her shotish fur and hissed at the pong.

Frogleap rushed over. "Are you okay?" He asked quickly, weaving around her as if looking for any bruises or scratches.

Greystreak shivered. "Jut wet and cold." she muttered. "I hate water."

"Here." He murmured, licking her wet fur to help her dry off. "Let's go look for a warm rock for you to lay on."

Greystreak relaxed against Frogleap. She settled down on a large, flat rock and closed her eyes.

Frogleap lay down beside her, sharing his warmth. He closed his eyes, purring softly.

Greystreak curled herself around Frogleap. "I'm sorry." she whispered, burring her muzzle in his fur.

"For what?" Frogleap asked softly. "You've done nothing wrong."

Greystreak glanced up at him. "For everything."

Frogleap shook his head. "I don't see anything wrong with you or what you've done. If we hadn't stopped ourselves from leaving the clans back then as apprentices, we couldv'e died out alone in territory we didn't know. Plus, we wouldn't be able to share the moment we have right now." He murmured, his copper eyes gazing into her [insert color fail here] ones. "I'm very glad we got to meet each other. Even though we can't be together like this in the awaking world, I'll always love you. That's a promise."
