Emberpaws Choice.

Emberpaw ran to the apprentice den. Glad it was empty. She layed down in the back, thinking, Clan or Rouge? Kin or none?

Sunnypaw padded in. "You know, I have no kin here." She mewed, "But I've made my Clan-mates my family. they are as good as any." better than eveil rouges... she finished in her head.

Foxpaw limped in "Emberpaw" he winced "You can't lleave. there's no going back" he meowed.

Emberpaw heard them. 'But how? It doesn't make sense!' she muttered.

Foxpaw sighed "I was born half rogue, I miss my father but that dosent mean just because I do im gonna turn my back on everything I stand for" he explained.

"It's the warrior code! That's how!" Sunnypaw exlaimed, "Once you're in the clan, you're loyal. If you leave, you're no longer in the clan."

Emberpaw got up. 'My life makes no sense.'

Creamstripe limped in. "And I have heard about this nonsense. Emberpaw, you have kin. I'm your kin. Adopted means nothing to me. As as it is with Sunnypaw, who, if you didn't know, is your adopted sister," she hissed. "If you do choose to become a rogue with your brother who might've tried to kill you, then I'll kill you on sight." she hissed. She was getting old anyway-- and she wouldn't stand for this.

Emberpaw sighed. 'I just have had a bad time before I came to the clan, I never knew Sunnypaw was my adopted sister.

"And the Clan has made your life better, has it not?" she inquired.

Emberpaw nodded. 'I just don't get why I want to go back.'

"Probably becuase, even if they are evil, those rouges are still your kin." she mewed, "But you must make the right choice. If you don't, your life may be ruined."

Coldpaw hissed from outside. "Do you guys realize how much you must be pressuring her? Let her think for a moment. The only one who isn't yelling something like 'stay in the clan or you'll die' is Sunnypaw I'm pretty sure." He growled. "Give them some room. Creamstripe, do you want me to bring a mouse to the elders' den for you?" He added, glancing at the elder.

"Think about it." She murmered and left the den.

Foxpaw nodded and limped out behind Sunnypaw.
