ic: Coldpaw's eyes glittered in amusement. He dug one of his paws deep in Happy's shoulder before jumping off neatly. "Alright, I'll admit it. You're a decent fighter." He purred mockingly to Happy. "But if I join, would you give me training?" He mewed, looking more respectfully at Scarlet.

Happy slumped to the ground, eyes still wide with fright. He scrambled up and backed away quickly, blood dripping from his neck. "Th- thanks!" he stammered quickly before hiding behind Scarlet.

The she-cat nodded. "Of course," she meowed, "but you'd better be fully committed to the Dark Forest, or there will be dire consequences."

Coldpaw let out a huff of amusement. "Why would I leave?" He snickered. That was enough to answer her question.
