Hunting For- OMG, IS THAT PANTHER?! 8D

Moonfrost crouched down, silently following a mouse as it searched for its own food. Looking around to make sure it was safe, it scurried away, leaving Moonfrost to follow behind. It stopped, looked around again and then grabbed and started chewing a seed. Perfect. Moonfrost toke a step forward, just as the mouse looked in the opposite direction, spooked by something, then shot off into the undergrowth. "Foxdung!" She hissed, before straightening up. Moonfrost looked around. What had made the noise? She thought, and crinkled her nose. It smelled like a rogue, but... Was that RiverClan? "Hello?" She called, nearly as spooked as the mouse.

"Moonfrost!" came a familiar voice. In about .8 seconds, a blur of ginger fur came hurdling at the white and black she-cat. Now over top of the deputy, Pantherclaw held a large grin on his face. It felt great to be back. His fur was covered in dirt from days of travel, but the tom did his best to keep himself clean.

"How ya doing?" he asked, still smiling. Guess you could say he was being creepy.

Moonfrost yowled in surprise as she was rammed backwards. Looking up at the dirt covered tom standing above her, her eyes widened in disbelief. "Pan-Pantherclaw?" She whispered in shock.

"That's my name! Don't forget it!" he chirped, raising his head proudly, as if he had just earned a quite rewarding compliment. After a moment, he realized the position he was in, and quickly jumped to let her get back on all paws.

"Sorry about that. I guess I just missed you a little too much." he chuckled and swiped a paw behind his ear in embarrassment.

Moonfrost rolled over and stood up. "What are you doing here? I thought that you... You..." She shook her head, a little overwhelmed with emotion. "Where have you been?" She scolded slightly.

"Oh, just traveling. Well, first it was those twolegs. They managed to catch me, but I escaped." he summarized, only just noticing the smell of fish.

"I'm starving! Can't wait to get my paws on a fish. It feels like it's been moons!" he quickly changed the subject. Hopefully she wouldn't pry to much into his journey.

Moonfrost narrowed her eyes, but didn't push on the subject. "That's because it has. You have a lot of catching up to do." She shook her head in disbelief. "I still can't believe you're here... Do you want to catch something or wait till we get to camp?" She asked. "I was hunting before, without much luck..."
