At the border.

Greypaw looked up at a tree on the border. Tensing her legs, she shot up, but her front-paws missed the branch. "Frog Dropping!"

Greyfeather trotted up "What are you trying to do? young apprentice" she smiled.

Greypaw flicked around, front paw stuck on a branch. "Just hangIIIING!" the apprentice yowled the last part as she fell.

Raincloud was hunting in the forest when she heard yowl of a cat. She lifted her nose and caught the sent of a Shadowclan warrior on the breeze. She followed the scent, moving silently in the trees, until she came to Highpine. Raincloud stopped and peered down quietly at Greyfeather and the apprentice. Why are they here? she wondered.

Greypaw flicked her eyes to a branch above her. Placing distance carefully, she pushed forward and gripped it with her teeth and scrambled up.

Raincloud watched silently as the apprentice jumped up into a branch. She can jump like a Skyclaner, she thought, impressed.

Greypaw then jumped a bit higher. Not noticing it, the branck she jumped to was higher than she thought and she fell back down while the branch getting a full-stomach blow.

"Are you ok?" she asked trying to lift herself onto a branch that she couldn't climb her leg started to hurt again.

"I'm fine-AH!" Greypaw hollered. She scampered up the branch's and ran into Rainfur.

Greyfeather hissed at Raincloud she tried to claw up.

bic: Raincloud hissed in surprise and jumped up onto a branch above her head when the apprentice bumped into her. As soon as her claws had a grip on the bark, she spun around to face the shadowclan cat below her and hissed at her. She swiped her unsheathed claws in the air, daring the young cat to follow her.

Greypaw looked down at the drop. Only a one-way road. She leaped after Raincloud with her teeth bared, hiding true terror.

"Greypaw no don't!" she cried running after her 'I don't care if I get caught I have to save my kit!' she yowled her in her mind claws bared she was now finally able to fight and this time she won't go easy!

"No!" Greypaw slipped from her branch, but barely caught herself. Pulling up she screeched at her mother "You'll fall!"
