Stormkit and Minkkit's Ceremony

Stonestar jumped on the Sky-rock ready to apprentice Gracestep's kits. He was not sure about apprenticing Starlingkit, though, he was not sure a kit with no fur could do the normal things a warrior could. Especially in Leaf-bare. He'd freeze to death.
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here benieth the Sky-Rock for a clan meeting!"

Brambleclaw heard Stonestar call a meeting from the skyrock so he stretched, groomed himself, and padded out of the warriors den and sat beneath the skyrock wondering what the meeting was going to be about.

Raincloud padded out from the warrior's den and sat besides Brambleclaw.

"Hi." he mewed to Raincloud

"Hello," Raincloud purred. She then redirected her attention to Stonestar.

Stormkit came galloping out, excitement fizzed in the air around her like shock waves. Fur spiked up, she sat down just a few tail lengths in front of every one else, her chest fur puffed out and tail straight up. Her eyes widened as she arched her neck far backward to see the top of the Skyrock where Stonestar sat. Eyes sparking in excitement, she began to shuffle her front paws. He remembered! She thought in bubbling happiness.

Gracestep grabbed her kits scruff, giving her a long grooming, then did the same to Minkpaw. "There." she meowed, her chest puffed out with motherley pride.

The entire time she was groomed Stormkit stood stone-still in proud excitement. She didn't even blink as she awaited those few words to announce her apprenticeship...

"Stormkit and Minkkit it is time for you two to be apprenticed." Stonestar meowed. "Until these two kits have earned their warrior name they will be known as Stormpaw and Minkpaw. Stormpaw, your mentor will be Raincloud and Minkpaw, Brambleclaw will be your mentor. Although they are our newest warriors, I have complete faith they will pass down all the skills and knowledge Skyclan has to offer"

"Sotrmpaw! Minkpaw!" Gracestep yowled to the sky.

Raincloud felt as if she was about to burst with joy; she was getting her first apprentice. She padded up to Stormpaw and touched noses with her. "Congratulations Stormpaw. We'll start training right away," Raincloud purred to her new apprentice.

Stormpaw stared up in happiness. "I'll do whatever you ask!" She purred, touching her nose to Raincloud's as part of the ceremony.

Minkpaw paded over to Brambleclaw. "Brambleclaw! I'll do what ever you want me too!! Like my sister said!!" Minkpaw's chest was puffed of proudness.

Brambleclaw stared down at the newly appointed apprentice touched noses with him and smiled. "Ok good. I see that you have some energy so lets go and start your training. Meet at the entrance of camp when your ready." he mewed and padded off
