Spiderpaw's super delayed Border patrol ;u;

It was a cool, frosty morning as Shadowstar padded out of her den with stiff joints from the rough sleep she had last night. Padding across the freezing camp with heavy, sleep-deprived eyes, she stood at the entrance of the apprentices' den. "Spiderpaw!" She called.

Spiderpaws ears pricked instantly as soon as she heard her mentors voice calling her. Her eyes were already wide open by the time she had rose to her paws and had tip-toed over the remaining apprentices to stand beside her leader and mentor. "Hey, Shadowstar!" She whispered, not wanting to disturb the slumbering cats. "What're we doing today?

The leader looked down at Spiderpaw trying to force a happy, somewhat-excited look on her face so that she mirrored the apprentice. "Today we are going on a border patrol," She mewed softly. "And by doing so, I will show you around the territory."

Spiderpaw couldn't help but give out a squeal of delight when her mentor finished speaking. "Great~!" She meowed. "Can we leave now?"

"Of course!" She replied as she turned around, facing the entrance of the camp. "Now let's see if you can keep up." With the last word, she sprinted out of the camp and deep into the territory.
