Hunting with Bramblepaw

The member 'Rainpaw.' has done the following action : Dices roll

He pounced.. and caught it.

"Nice kill," Rainpaw mewed. "I guess I need to work on my hunting skills," Rainpaw purred with a laugh.

Bramblepaw loved having the accompany of the young gray apprentice near him. If only she knew how I feel about her.he thought.

"Actually, I'm not a very good hunter. I haven't caught much," Rainpaw mewed shyly while looking down at her paws.

Bramblepaw gave her ear a comforting lick. "Trust me, you'll be a WAY better hunter than me when we become warriors." he mewed.

She looked up at him and smiled warmly, "Thanks," she mewed gratefully. "Hmm, you should bury your prey. Then we can start heading towards highpines," she said thoughtfully.

"Good idea." he said. He buried the prey and then they padded to highpines.

After they walked together for a few minutes, Rainpaw paused. "Well, I suppose this a good place to start," she said while looking around at her surroundings.

Bramblepaw sniffed the air and scented a vole in the grass. He immediately drooped into a crouch and slowly and silently padded over.

Rainpaw silently watched him get into a crouching position. She noticed for the first time just how muscular his legs were. She cocked her head and watched Bramblepaw get ready to pounce. I never noticed how cute he is she told herself.

When it seemed like he was only a mouse tail length away he pounced...
