Singekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Sleepystar hurried up the rock and yowled for the Clan meeting to start. This had been delayed due to Sleepystar's own laziness, but he'd come up with some excuse later.

Sparrowflight sat up from her place in the clearing where she had been eating a fish.

Singekit prowled out of the nursery, her coat groomed, even though she actually didn't know what was going on. She saw Silentpaw's eyes gleaming from her den, and she sat down in the crowd of cats gathering.

Silentpaw quickly padded from her den, sitting near her sister. Her sister was going to become an apprentice with her! She blinked as she wrapped her tail around her paws, who would be Singekit's mentor?

Badgerfang poked her head from the elder's den, letting out yawn. She limped from the den, and sat on the other side of Singekit, licking the top of her daughter's head.

Singekit purred as her sister sat down next to her. She sat there, waiting for Sleepystar to announce whatever the TARDIS he was going to announce.

Silentpaw sat there, smiling as she thought about going around the territory with her sister. There was so much they could go look at once they were both apprentices!

Sleepystar smiled. "We've gathered here to annoint a new apprentice. Singekit, step forward." he commanded, staring down at the Clan.

OOC: ...Annoint?

Singekit just about flew infront of the Highwhatever and sat down, ready to explode twice. :3

OOC: Appoint, whatever.

IC: "Singekit, until you recieve your true Warrior name, you shall be known as Singepaw. Your mentor will be Sparrowflight. I think. I can't remember which one you wanted." Sleepystar announced, touching noses with Singepaw.

Silentpaw raised her voice, being the frist one to chat the name of her sister. "Singepaw, Singepaw!"
Badgerfang blinked, happy as she watched one of her daughter became an apprentice. "Singepaw, Singepaw!" she meowed along with her other daughter.

Singepaw laughed and rubbed up against her sister as the Clan cheered her new name. "I like it. I like it alot." she mewed.

Badgerfang flicked her tail at her daughter, as she glanced at her sister. "Go touch noses with, Sparrowflight." she meowed softly.

Singepaw totally forgot, and then went up and awkwardly touched noses with Sparrowflight. After returning to her sister and mother, she sat down. "That.. now that was awkward."

Before Singepaw had the chance to sit back down, Sparrowflight touched noses with her new apprentice and whispered in her ear. "Don't think just because we're kin that will mean you get any special treatment." She flicked her tail and shivered as the night winds came rolling in. She glance at her sister, than at her two nieces. "I expect you outside of camp at sunrise tomorrow, Singepaw, you shouldn't be late." With that, the warrior gathered herself and padded away to go speak with Moonfrost or something.
