Silverstar stretched and exited the Warriors' den. She didn't dare sleep in the disease-riddled Leader's den. But she did, however, get to sleep in the middle of the den, the warmest spot. As if she didn't already as the deputy. She huffed. She'd had her new deputy, Duskfur, close to her because she was still grieving for Deadstar. She plowed through the thicck snow, over towards the apprentices' den to check on the new apprentices, and then to the nursery to make sure the queens were doing fine. On the way, she brought a loose sparrow that had been placed by her den by a clumsy apprentice who did not know she wasn't sleeping there. At least it was warm. The kits old enough to eat some would enjoy it.
"Hello, dear kits."
She called softly.

Duskfur was coming in close behind Silverstar, her whiskers twitching with glee. "Morning, young ones." She said after her leader.

Ashkit poked his head out of the nursery "Hi Silverstar!" he squeaked, bounding out and up to her. He sniffed the fresh-kill "Whats that?" he asked, only knowing his mothers milk.

Snowpaw walked out of the apprentices den and padded over to Ashkit and mewed"That would be a sparrow i caught for Silverstar."Snowpaw mewed to Ashkit then looked at Silverstar.

"yes. It's quite delicious, once you've gotten used to eating solid foods. Thanks you, by the way, Snowpaw, for bringing it."
She placed it by the kit.
"If you think you're ready to eat solids,you can go ahead and try some."

"Hey silverstar! How are you?" she asked the leader dipping her head in respect. She quickly glanced to her mother her eyes shining proudly. "God morning mother! How are you?"

Ivypaw padded over "Good Morning Silverstar, Mother are we training today?" she asked.

"Greetings, Windpaw, Ivypaw. Speaking of training, how has it been coming along?"
She asked the two, wondering what they'd learned so far.

"Hello my young ones. And yes Ivypaw, we are training today. Now why don't you tell Silverstar what you've learned about hunting so far?" DuskFur said proudly.

Snowpaw noticed Flametail at the camp entrance"speaking of training i got to go train talk to ya'll later....."Snowpaw mewed as she raced to the camp entrance and out.

"Yes,Mother" she meowed. "During the hunter's crouch you keep your tail strait , get low to the ground and keep your tail strait" she said as she showed Silverstar. She quickly spotted a rock. "Then you creep upon your prey..and pounce!" she meowed as she grabbed the rock between her paws then stood up looking at her mother with pride in her eyes.

"Very well."
Silverstar knew that Ivypaw probably had no idea that she was blind, but it was ok because she felt her pawsteps in the ground. Not alot of cats knew she was blind, just a few of her warriors. However, she had gathered some unwanted attention when she saved a RiverClan she-cat and a kit from being killed by a badger.
"But you must be quiet when stalking prey,"
She said humorously. What Spirit this one had.

Ashkit watched the cats quietly "Ok." He mewed softly and found a already cut into part of the sparrow. He took a tiny bite and perked up his ears "Wow that's yummy!" He giggled.

Ivypaw tilted her head at Silverstar "Oops.... but I have a confession." she said nervously. "I can't actually see things....I just.. use my paws and sense of smell. I'm sorry I never told you"
