Another Meeting

Ghoststar's head went down. "N-no..." she cried softly.

Sleepystar's eyes widened. "O-oh... I'm sorry..." he said, thinking that he had said the wrong thing.

"I-it's alright." Ghoststar spoke. "It'll be fine. So how is your clan?"

"Good..." Sleepystar lied, suddenly thinking about all the recent exiles he had to perform. "I guess..."

Ghoststar licked his cheek. "Everything will get better."

Sleepystar smiled. "Yes... It will."

OOC: AND THEN.... Everything gets worse :DDDDD

IC: Rain came thundering down along with lightning. One of Ghoststar's biggest fears.

Sleepystar looked up, a heavy drop of rain splashing down on his nose. He blinked in surprise. "Oh no..."

Ghoststar shivered. "Um.... It's raining....."

"We should probably get under cover..." Sleepystar suggested.

Ghoststar nodded awkwardly. She wasn't thinking of cover. She was thinking of booking it out of there as fast as she could. A small tree was struck with lightning, very close to them. It fell to the ground. Ghoststar hissed.

Sleepystar's eyes widened. The tree fell right on top of him, making him instantly lose breath. His surprised scream was reduced to a small hiss.

Ghoststar, calming herself enough to rush to Sleepystar's aide. She licked his head. "Sleepystar!" she yowled over the lightning. She started to ram into the tree, hoping to roll it off him.

But it was far too late. Sleepystar's body went still.

"Sleepystar no!" Ghoststar saw as his body went limp. She rammed into the tree harder, pushing with all her strength. The rain was seeping into the ground, making it wet, harder for her to get the tree off him. It moved about an inch.
