littlekit sat in the nursery "scarletflare?" the desperate kit cried for his mom "scaaaaaaaaaaarletflare"

Shadowpaw padded into the nursery quickly."Hi,you looking for scarlet,flare,she's my mother too."she said kindly and softly to the young kit."im Shadowpaw."She said sitting by the young kit.

"yes i havent seen scarletflare in awhile" littlekit moaned

"want me to stay with you til she returns?" Shadowpaw asked the kit nicely.

"Yeah that would be great!" littlekit jumped "Can you tell me a story?"

Shadowpaw noded"sure,what kind of story?i have al kinds"she said kindly.

"Have you ever fought another clan?" littlekit asked with his eyes gleaming

Shadowpaw shook her head."but i do remember that i did wander from the camp as a kit and got in a fight with a bajer." she said.

(You mean badger right?)

"Tell me about that one!" littlekit said with eyes gleaming

"i was out in the forest,id just ran out for a unallowed walk.Abager ran to me its ugly yellow teeth showing.im not scared.i said it growled and swiped me and bit me.."she began.

"Did it hurt?!" Littlekit said staring at Shadowpaw in awe

Shadowpaw nodded."indeed it did.it hurt more than i neededas a kit." she said.

"What did you do after that?!" Littlekit jumped excitedly

"shadowsong found me at tc border." she said.

"And then scarletflare brought you in as her kit?" Littlekit asked curiously
