Sun's Battle Practice

Shadowsong once again padded into Skyclan camp in search of Sunpaw. "Sunpaw!" She called out as she peeked her head into the apprentice's den.

Sunpaw stumbled out, shaking moss from his dark pelt. "Hi." he greeted her sleepily.

She smiled down at him before turning around back to the entrance of the camp. "Let's go, Sunpaw. It's time for your battle training!" She mewed.

Sunpaw's eyes lit up and he nodded in excitement. He followed her.

When they got out to a small clearing in the tall trees that was soft enough for any kind of battle. When she found a nice spot to practice on, she turned towards Sunpaw. "Okay, come at me with all you've got."

OOC: okay for this, it's basically simple math. Look here for the moves you can use and how much stamina it will cost *first table*. Then *in the second table* You see how much damage the move will do. And in order to find out how much stamina and health your opponent has, look at their Cat Stats. So, you're an apprentice. Your stats are:
Health: 20
Stamina: 80

My stats are:
Health: 100
Stamina: 280

So if you were to use.. let's say.. Front Paw Strike your post would look like this:

Sunpaw used Front Paw Strike on Shadowsong using 10 stamina and dealing 6 damage.

Sunpaw
Health: 20/20
Stamina: 70/80

Shadowsong
Health: 94/100
Stamina: 280/280

Does this make sense?

Sunpaw nodded uncertainly. "Alright..."

Sunpaw used Front Paw Blow on Shadowsong using 5 Stamina and dealing 4 damage.

OOC: Just about~ just remember to add the stats underneath the bolded sentence ^^

But for Front Paw Blow, what you do is you look at the first table in the Battle System link. Then, it tells you about the move: the chances of hitting, when you can use it, the stamina cost, and special effects. So in this case, the move Front Paw Blow uses 5 stamina. don't worry about any of the other stuff right now~

THEN, you scroll down to the second table. There, you look for the name of the move. Once you have found that, look at the number in the column labeled A** which stands for Apprentices. That tells you how much damage the move will do. With this information you will put the sentence:

Sunpaw used Front Paw Blow on Shadowsong using 5 stamina and dealing 4 damage.

After putting that sentence, you must add the stats which is where the simple math comes into play.

Sunpaw
Health: 20/20
Stamina: 75/80 <-- (there's 80 stamina total and you use 5. 80-5=75)

Shadowsong
Health: 96/100 <-- (you dealt 4 damage out of 100. 100-4=96)
Stamina: 280/280

Shadowsong stood her ground as the apprentice came towards her, only slightly flinching when he attacked. "That was good, but make sure you put some force behind it. Try again," She mewed, preparing herself.

Sunpaw used leap-and-hold. But he missed.

ooc: I'm guessing since it failed... errrmm... that he loses stamina but inflicts no damage? Idk.

Shadowsong quickly dodged out of the way of his attack before turned to face him again. "That was good, but you need to try to throw off your opponent. They will most likely be looking at you, so try to throw them off with your eyes. Now, try again," She mewed, preparing herself.
