Darkpaw, Greystream, and Lightningpaw's hunt

Darkpaw stalked a squirrel scampering among the forest floor. She leaped and killed it with a swift death swipe of her claw.

"Nice catch!" Graystream meowed approvingly, he slowly padded up to Darkpaw with Lightninpaw close behind him.

"How do I do that?" Lioghtningpaw asked. She tried Imitating Darkpaw and crouched walked swiftly alang, but with her tail dragging through the ground.
OOC: sorry i'm late...

OOC: It's fine, at least you joined. :)

IC: "Lightninpaw, make sure to lift your tail above the ground." He called to her as he watched her posture change.

Lightningpaw lifted her tail up, as Greystream hd told her to. then she pounced on her imaginary prey. "How was that?" She asked.

"Better." He meowed happily as he flicked his tail to a bush. "Now let's try it for real." He mewed softly so he wouldn't scare off a mouse that hid in the bushs close by.

Lightningpaw crept up to it slowly, with her tail in the air. When she was close enough, she pounced, killing it with a bite to it's neck.
"Am I supposed to bury it?" She asked. That was what Darkpaw had done.

"Yes, we'll come back to this spot so we can bring it back to camp when we're done Hunting." Graystream meowed nicely as he flicked his tail to a nice tree that would be a good land mark to bury the prey by.

Lightningpaw walked over, then buried her prey. It smelled so good.

"Nice job." Graystream said with an approving tone in his voice. "Darkpaw, where do you want to hunt now?" He asked casually as he waited for her to make up her mind.

"Hey Greystream," Lightningpaw mewed, before Darkpaw could say anything," I think I smell a squirrel... Could I go try to catch it?"

"Yes, It will be good practice."

Graystream simply nodded after Darkpaw's words and looked over at the squirrel.

Darkpaw smiled. "Ya like it, Geystream?" She meowed.
