Dreams of the Russian Blue (Rosejade, Hawkpath, [badger if she wants], and Maykit only!)

(I came up with the name myself, as the breed of Maykit is Russian Blue.)

A blue-grey she-kit bounced around in a beautiful meadow, chasing a butterfly. She caught its wing with a claw and puffed out her chest in pride. She saw a disturbance in some nearby grass (as the grass was tall) and stopped dead. "Who's there?"

There was a black burr that came from the grass as Badgerpaw leaped at Maykit. "Got you!" she meowed as she knocked the kit over.

"B'ah! Badgerpaw, what are you doing in my dreams?!" Maykit meowed and started to laugh.

Another black cat stepped out of the grass, but stepping lightly. She had green eyes and starry fur. "Hello Maykit. I am Rosejade," she greeted.

"Rosejade?" Maykit stopped dead, thinking hard. This is the cat she had to cheer Badgerpaw up for. Hopefully she wouldn't start crying or something. "Hiya!" she greeted cheerily, regaining her composure. "It's great to get to meet you." she said and slapped Badgerpaw, who was lying on her back, on the face with her tail.

"Don't do that!" Rosejade exclaimed. "You might be hurting her!"

Maykit laughed. "I hardly hit her! We do stuff like that all the time. Half the time I greet her with a jump on the back," she giggled and started to tickle Badgerpaw's stomach.

Badgerpaw let out a small laugh, and rolled over and looked at Rosejade. "Yea, she really likes to jump on people." She smiled a little as she looked at Rosejade. "We miss you, and we are still trying to find out who is going to train Swanpaw."

"That's going to be a problem. It leaves us vulnerable, with a half-triained medicine cat."
