It has come to the admins' attention that most of the arguments occurring are a result of rule-breaking, and the punishments people think should come from this. This announcement is merely to remind all of you what the rules are, and their consequences.

There have also been rumors of members not agreeing with a couple of the rules. We are putting an end to this. If you have a problem with it, please, feel free to PM an admin (Jay, Blue, or myself), and we might be swayed to tweak it just a tad.

That said, here are links to each of the different rule sets regarding different areas of subjectivity we have on this site. Please, if you need a refresher on the rules, or are curious as to whether you've been breaking any or not, go back and read them. And remember, you're free to do this at any time.

We will be having a few people monitor topics and forums, and they will only PM an admin if they see rule-breaking. We would also like to ask that if anybody besides these people think they can help by flaming the wrong-doer in the topic, please refrain yourself from doing so. You might be so good that the offender could be crushed and try to fight back, but epically fail. We wish to preserve the rule-breaker's dignity.

*People tend to not like using the Battle System, and that's just fine. I, in fact, almost despise it. But, if you are having a border skirmish with 3+ cats, it's hard to keep track, so please use this whenever possible.

**I know it's hard to follow these sometimes, but seriously, they're for your own good. This might sound stupid, but it's true: "You gain more freedom by following the rules than you do by breaking them."

***Lately, I have noticed RPing of patrols that simply go out and catch stuff. I do not mind if it's a morning patrol, who's hungry for that warm fresh-kill, but when it's a hunting patrol, I mean, some clans have trouble during the winter. You never know.

****I just know that whenever people go into topics to correct others' mistakes, that person gets flamed. They are just trying to save you from getting banned.

*****THIS ONE IS REALLY IMPORTANT. In the books, it is a serious offense if a warrior breaks the warrior code. I know y'all want to RP a lot, but no forbidden loves, no mates until you're a warrior, don't fraternize with the enemy, stuffs like that.
