"Yeah, It's hard to trust someone outside of the clan..."he sighed, thinking of his sister, Nighteye.

"Sometimes I wish they could all leave us alone."
She agreed, her thoughts on the rogue, Nightecho whom so rudely entered their camp and stalked right out with a kit in his jaws.

"But Starclan wishes it, so I guess we'll just have to learn to deal with it." he meowed

"I suppose it will in the end make us stronger."
She paused.
"You know, you really understand. It's been a lifetime since I could find a cat who knew what it was like to be deputy with all this work and difficult decisions."

"But how about Dragonclaw, Shadowsong or Lionclaw?"he asked

"I've never really met them. Besides, they have Clans that are... different. they don't know what it's like to have had a murderer who claimed to have StarClan with them or even an odd stranger who came and thought she was part of the Clan."
