Darkkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Ghoststar peeked into the Nursery. "Darkkit?"

Darkkit looked up at Ghoststar "hello" he said "what do you need?"

"Apprentice ceremony!" Ghoststar smiled.

Darkkit had heard of and seen apprentice ceremonies before, but it was finally time for him to become an apprentice. He was excited, but tried to stay calm infront of the clan's leader "Alright" he said

Ghoststar walked to Jagged Rock and hopped on. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather around Jagged Rock for a clan meeting!"

Darkkit walked over to Jagged Rock. He wasn't sure of exactly what to do, but he had seen apprentice ceremonies afew times before, so he figured he could just do what they had done

Scarletkit poked her head out of the Nursery. "Cool! An apprentice ceremony! Good job, Darkkit!"

Ghoststar looked down. "Darkkit, you have waited long for this and now it has finally come to you. Your new name will be Darkpaw."

Darkkit waited for Ghoststar to announce who his mentor would be. He hoped that it would be a really cool warrior

"Darkpaw, your mentor will be Mountainclaw. I hope he passes on all that he has learned to you." Ghoststar told him.

Darkkit had heard of Mountainclaw. They had only recently had their warrior ceremony. Darkit wondered why Ghoststar would pick someone like that to be his mentor

Mountainclaw padded up to Ghoststar and Darkpaw. "Hey, I'm Mountainclaw," Mountainclaw meowed to Darkpaw. "Let me know when you're ready to start training."

"Okay" Darkkit said. In his head he thought back to the night he had went to the dark forest. It all seemed so distant now, but he remembered that Tigerfrost had promised him great things. He figured that he would have to put up with whatever he had to until he was capable of acheive what the Dark Forest cat had promised him

OOC: I KNEW YOU WERE DF xD

IC: Mountainclaw didn't let evil go by without being dealt with and knew his apprentice could be evil, but didn't think that Darkpaw was.......not yet

OOC: Just one visit. Right before he came to SC

IC: Darkkit realised though, that to acheive what was promised to him, he would have to make sacrifices. He didn't think that he would be able to, atleast, not yet.
