August/September Gathering 2011

"And whyshould we believe you? How do we know you're NOT a murderer?" Rosepaw demanded. "Hmm? Answer that. You may or may not be, but I think it is likely you are." There were green flames in her eyes. Murderer... I bet you are. she thought.

Heathersong saw something more in Deathberry's eyes, and understood. The Gathering seemed to be over, so she turned on her paws.
"Windclan, we are leaving!" she called, and began leaving Fourtrees.


OoC: Yus she is, Tigger. I just felt like causing an uprising ^^'

OOC: Uh.. Isn't Misted supposed to say that? o__o;

OoC: She can only come on weekends, and she put me in charge of Windclan while she's gone .3.

Tawnypaw waited for Shadowclan to leave.Her mind was rushing with thoughts about these cats.

"A medicine cat? Murder?" Deathberry mewed incredulously. "I am supposed to heal cats, not harm them! I have pledged myself to this calling twice over, and you believe I would break those vows?" Flames also danced in Deathberry's cool blue eyes.

"Rosepaw, enough. We have a whole Clan of warriors. It's not like five cats are going to kill us if we let them in for awhile." Sleepystar said crossly. "RiverClan, lets go."

"Cats!" Limestone even surprised himself by speaking. "Ghoststar is a daughter of Tigerfrost too. Do you feel she is evil and a murderer also?"

Deadstar cast a glare over his shoulder. "I didn't say anything about Ghoststar, mouse-brain. She's not the one who gave the sign." I don't trust Deathberry. He snorted, and left the clearing.

Sleepystar glared after Deadstar. "And if she did you'd automatically be distrustful. Typical ThunderClan." Sleepystar sighed, leaping down from the Great Rock.

"I know, but what if!?" Limestone snarled. "You don't hold someone's ancestry against them. Especially when they are a medicine cat. I think you are the mousebrain."

Deathberry padded along side Limestone. "It's fine." she mewed. "They'll learn to trust me soon enough." she sighed. "But it bothers me how quickly they dismiss a medicine cat. One who speaks with StarClan themselves..."

Sleepystar led his Clan into the territory. He was scared how they quickly dismissed the ShadowClan medicine cat because of her mother. Would they treat him differently if they figured out his roots?

Lionclaw looked back at the medicine cat. "Her mother killed my father, I refuse to trust her." he whispered to Rosepaw with a snarl growing in the back of his throat.

Catching the last of Deathberry's comment, Deadstar felt uneasy. Something was bugging him. The way she'd stated she followed StarClan.. "Ah, forget it," he muttered.
