Ok, you can join, but there aren't any groups yet, so...yeah. And plus, I'm thinking of changing the title anyway. so it might be about something entirely different. Idk yet ><

*Cough* Anime is just Japanese animation, cartoon is kind of a... bad term for it ^^; Most animes are for adults or teens.

~You don't get to RP as cats (or is that a pro?)
~May be a little sturchy (meaning I'm a noob admin)
