♪It's morning! It's Moooorning!♪

Limepaw yawned, as light flickered through his eye lids. It was morning, and he was off for the day. Unable to sleep, he stretched and peered outside, where few cats were. Dew painted the grass, and the dawn sun was a beautiful shadow of orange.

Ghosthaze padded out of the Warrior's Den. She stretched her back legs. She noticed Limepaw peeking out of the Apprentice's Den. "LIMEPAW!" she raced to go meet him.

Moonkit bounded from the nursery. He saw Ghosthaze and Limepaw and skipped over, and sat next to them. "Who are you?" He asked Ghosthaze.

Limepaw greeted her. "Hiya, Ghosthaze!" he purred warmly.

Ghosthaze let out a small purr and looked at the kit. "I'm Ghosthaze. You are?"

Limepaw grumbled. "He is Moonkit. My cousin..."

Ghosthaze smiled. "Nice to meet you." She looked at Limepaw and sighed. "Why is it I'm a warrior already and I'm still not as big as you!" she complained.

Moonkit wrinkled his nose. "He doesn't like me." He said with a disdainful sniff.

"I do so." Limepaw replied to Moonkit. "Hmm, I don't know myself. I must have gotten that from Bluestar. She's my aunt, after all.."

"Really? Is she my aunt?" He asked.

Ghosthaze looked at the two cats. "I don't think so."

"Awww. " He grumbled.

Limepaw laughed lightly. "Okay Moonkit. How about you run off and...play."

(Ewww)

"With myself?" He sighed. "Heatherkit is asleep."

(Eww what?)

"I'm sure you can find something." Ghosthaze told him. "I mean I used to mess with the older warriors like Moonsage and Jaystar." she laughed.
