Bloo's Picture Fair! All may compete!

Hello one and all! :D I will be hostessing (if that's a word :P) a drawing contest of drawing cats. Anyone may enter, even you, Darkioo (but please, take it easy x3) and draw a made up cat, let's say that again, made up cat that you made, name it and make an information template about the character either in the picture or typed underneath.

PM me or post here if you are going to enter, but you MUST post a picture by the 20th or March if you do say you're signing up.
This 'fair' will be basically like your average Science Fair, except way funner. We'll have the display of pictures in Artwork and Literature, and this will also be posted/recorded in the Hall of Fame.

Rules/Criteria:

-The picture must have at least 1 cat drawn in it
-It must have a background. [Backgrounds can be colour, scenes, etc.]
-You must fill out the Info Template
-Everything must be posted on the 20th of March. [Take your time, no artwork will be except before that time.]
-The latest you can post your picture is on the 22nd of March

The winner will get his/her picture drawn and posted in 'The Best Artists of WCC' in The Hall of Fame, and a short biography about them/their cat.

*NOTE: Darkshadow is allowed to compete, but she won't be able to win. (Really sorry Darkioo D: I really hope you understand. <:))
