Sibling to sibling

Deadfrost clawed at a tree, as if he could take out all his anger and grief out on it. This is pointless...

OOC: as soon as I saw this, I was all like, "UGHHH!"

IC:
Sunset padded darkly from the warriors' den.

OOC: Wai? xD He wants to compromise :P

IC: Deadfrost's indigo stare remained focused on the cold ground. "Sunset."

"Deadfrost."
She said, confronting him rather than avoiding him.

The heavily-scarred warrior curled his tail tightly over his paws, and looked up. His eyes were weary. "Listen. I'm requesting we forget our past...differences, and move on with life. I can't live with it anymore, seeing how it traumatizes me every day along with...the traitor." He gouged deep grooves in the ground with his claws.

"Can't you forget them on your own?"
She said, rather coldly.

He narrowed his eyes. If that's how you want it, then I can play that game. He stood up. "Very well," he growled, eyes boring into Sunset's fur like a sharp stone. "You want to avoid peace then, I presume?"

"I never said that."
She mewed quietly.
"I could have been perfectly fine and forgotten it easily without need for this 'conversation'."

"And how do you know I intended to see you? Can't I sit outside alone sometimes?" He sat back down, looking sideways. "I do want to set things straight, though."

"Great."
She said with false enthusiasm.
"Then we're all clear. Hooray for us, we're friends. The end."
She stood back up again and padded over to the fresh-kill pile.

IC: Deadfrost rolled his eyes. "Who's the dramatic one now?" He picked his own scrawny mouse, checked it for rotting, and took it over to the nursery for his kits. "Kits!" he called.
