Storm Clan Take 2

Plot Name: StormClan Take 2
Clans involved: All on some level
Characters Directly Involved:  Blazefang (Nerd), anyone else who either chooses or gets caught in the crossfire.

Will there be code-breaking?: Possibly qualifies as a break of Rule 1.

Main difference is that Blazefang would be orchestrating this from StarClan, defying the will of StarClan at large to plant her dream of a peaceful clan. Blazefang would not interact with the physical world in any way and if I need to keep her slot open until this plot is complete I will.
