Honeykit crouched as she moved forward, her ears back. her tail trembled with excitement as she walked in almost complete silence.

At the entrance to the Medicine Den, he craned his head and sniffed carefully. The smell of plants and cats filled his nostrils. His fur bristled and he started to go in slowly, but the crack of a branch made him jump. The cats there turned to look at him, and then Honeykit, disappointed, turned away and walked back to the nursery.
