Rookfire hoped to hang out with his clanmates a bit more. Surprisingly for the black tuxedo, he'd never gotten the chance to hang out with some of his clanmates that often. Honestly, he barely knew many of them, which was a shame. ShadowClan was huge, and yet he didn't seem to connect with a few of them. Padding around ShadowClan's camp, he noticed one of ShadowClan's senior warriors, Iceheart, hanging out close to camp. Perhaps he could strike a conversation with her or something.
"Hey, Iceheart!" he said, grinning at the ShadowClan warrior. "How's it going?" If Iceheart was less than willing, that would be fine as well, but he hoped that she'd want to talk with him, at least for a little bit. Conversation was always something that Rookfire would enjoy, combined with sparring and herb gathering. He wondered what Iceheart liked to do for fun. She seemed a bit of a stickler to the rules, but she probably had some hobbies. Maybe he'd ask her about them if she continued this conversation.

Iceheart
Iceheart turned her head when her name was called and her ears perked up at the sight of her fellow warrior. She was spending more time in the nursery than she was out and about, but the fresh air was nice to get while she had it. She blinked at Rookfire in greeting as she met with him.
“Hello Rookfire,” she replied. “It is going well. The days have been growing warmer, so I’ve been enjoying my time outside where I can get it.” Seeing as she was fully moved into the nursery, the news of her pregnancy was likely known by everyone in the clan. She did miss the times spent out hunting. Already, she knew that being a queen was not really a life meant for her, and she would look forward to when her kits were weaned so she could return to her duties. “And how about yourself? Have patrols been going well?”
