Snowfoot paced, muttering to herself. She wanted to talk to Marshmallow but she hadn’t seen her in a bit. Snowfoot knew she’d been foolish. Marshmallow might have neglected her, but hindsight is perfect (huh, that expression didn’t really apply to her) and Snowfoot understood now that Marshmallow had been a new warrior and simply didn’t know what to do. Besides, after Vixenpaw, could she really hold grudges over poor mentorship?
