Again and again, Russetpaw struck him on the muzzle, each time being harder than the last. It definitely hurt and he did his best to try and tuck himself into a ball to protect himself. Listening as she chastised him, her anger was completely warranted and was all totally the truth, especially with how he'd been treating her, though it wasn't like she didn't deserve at least some of it. Call him what she wanted, it didn't bother him the least bit; whether that was a good thing or not, that was a issue for another day.

While at first he'd been a afraid for himself and overwhelmed by the sudden stinging pain that she reigned down upon him, he wasn't sure what was happening to himself and began to giggle as he watched rage overwhelm and ruffle up the once gung-ho she-cat.

"Ok ok! I give up!" the fluffy apprentice mewed between breathes. Having curled up as much as he could, Fuzzpaw rolled over onto his and burst into uncontrollable laughter. Apparently, him successfully getting on Russetpaw's nerves was a laughing matter to the usually stoic tom. "You shoulda seen your face; "You’re a revolting creature!"" Fuzzpaw teased and raised his tone as he imitated her.

Pushing himself up, he took a few deep breathes, trying to calm himself. He never laughed and wasn't sure why he'd thought that was so funny, but whatever the reason was, at least he was having a good time and knew how to take things lightly, though of course a bit too lightly at times. Russetpaw on the other paw... well, maybe if she lightened up a bit she wouldn't have let him get to her so badly.
