Willowpaw rose from her nest and stretched, taking care not to wake the other apprentices. It was only sun-rise, but she was hungry already. Willowpaw checked the fresh-kill pile, but, as expected, it was empty. She sighed, supposing that she would just have to go out on a early morning hunt. Willowpaw didn't want to go alone - what if she got attacked by a predator? - so she headed back to the den, calling out softly "Anyone up for a early hunt? "
