The Next Gen

(Just as some background, Cinderkit is Duskflight and Swifthearts kit. Batkit is also their kit and was adopted. Burnkit can be their new friend im hoping :)


Swiftheart was in the nursery looking after Cinderkit and Batkit. They were growing up so quickly it felt like. She could hardly belive that soon they would be apprentices and would have mentors of their own and be out and about learning how to hunt and fight. It made her happy and proud of them. Swiftheart was a very kind and supportive mother. She also, from time to time liked to bend the rules just a little bit. Espcially the rules about letting kits out of camp every now and then. As long as they were well supervised. It would give them a chance to not feel so cooped up and stuck in one spot and when she was a kit she had begged her father to no end to just have a quick peek around outside.

"hmm well my kits? Would you like to explore a little bit today?" she asked as she tried to groom out Cinderkits unruly fur and get a burr out of Batkits pelt as well.

She glanced over at the nurseries other kit as well "Burnkit, if you would like you could join us for our adventure as well" she offered with a warm smile.

"I could take you out of camp for just a little as long as you all promise to do what I say okay?" she offered them.

Adventure?! Of course Burnkit wanted to go explore. He had never been out of camp but wondered what it was like. He also wanted to spend more time with his current denmates.


"Yes!" Burnkit shouted while he gave a low jump of excitement. He was embarrassed because he was acting like a kit when he was soon to become an apprentice

Yeah idk if anyone is really planning on joing this, if they want they can always join later too but for now i will reply back so we can keep it moving :D))


Swiftheart grinned jsut as excited, she in some ways was still kitlike at times in that she was very playful and loved playing games with them as well. She nodded and showed Burnkit out of the camp. She was very cautious keeping an eye out for any danger but it all looked clear. She pointed around with her tail at the large forest and lands that were out of their camp showing around.
