Hot and Lazy (open)

As the sun rose in the sky, it cast a miserable heat upon the Windclan camp. There was no gentle breeze to offset the heat, nor clouds to impede it. Silverpaw lay sprawled out under the gorse wall. The shade offered little respite, however. As the sun hung high in the sky, she saw it for what it truly was: a beacon of terrible heat and despair. The nearly suffocating heat drove activeness from her mind, and with it any plans to hunt. She had simply decided that the heat was too much and that she would have a lazy afternoon. It had felt wrong coming to that conclusion, but what cat wanted to be out in this weather? "Maybe I'll go hunting when the sun starts to fall," she muttered to herself before giving a lengthy sigh.
