The rain had been heavy as of late, and Froststar couldn't help but wonder when it would end. Some was good for the territory, and yet... too much of anything was a bad thing. Regardless, the tom carefully made his way to the top of the Jaggedrock, ensuring he wouldn't slip from the rock, and called out to Shadowclan. "All cats old enough to silently stalk in the shadows, gather in the shadow of Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!" Apprentices had to be made warriors, rain or shine.

Despite the rain and the crummy weather : swiftheart was still super excited and eager when the call was made for a meeting. She had a good feeling over what this might be about. She walked out of the shelter of the warrior den and was soon pretty soaked from all the rain. She didn’t like it but tried not to let that dampen her spirits. She purred excited looking up at her leader awaiting his next words

Crowpaw shook her head as the call for a meeting was yowled out. Luckily enough, despite being in the apprentices' den, the voices of snoring or sleeptalking (of some apprentices, sorry) didn't overstep the voice of Froststar. And neither did the rain — though it did keep her up. Shaking her pelt to be less soaked, she headed outside, sitting close to her mother as each cat settled to their spots. Her mother seemed excited... Was this one of her sibling's ceremonies? If so, Crowpaw followed her mother's purr with a soft purr of her own, smiling excitedly.
When Crowpaw appeared, Froststar began the ceremony. "ShadowClan! I've summoned you here today to witness the naming of a new warrior. Crowpaw, please step forward." The tom sat silently as the apprentice did so. "I call upon all those present and watching to gaze upon this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of our noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Crowpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

She gasped. It wasn't Murkypaw, or someone else? It was her ceremony? The she-cat's eyes lit up with joy as she made her way up, smiling brightly. Everyone would watch and approve of her being a warrior!"I do!" Firmly stated Crowpaw, a grin appearinging on her maw.
The leader's cold eyes did not change, but his tone did, pleased that the apprentice followed the ceremony. There was really never any question, but any time the question was asked to possibly give ones life for their clan, the answer could always end up being no. "Then it is my honor to name you a warrior before all witnesses present. Crowpaw, from this day forward you will be known as Crowspirit. ShadowClan honors your selflessness and kindness, and we are proud to welcome you as a warrior in our ranks." Leaping down, Froststar licked Crowspirit's shoulder as the clan chanted her name. Quickly, he made room for her family, sure they would be very proud.

Crowspirit! That was her new name now! The she-cat trilled with joy. Never once had she felt happier, now receiving her new warrior name, she would be able to provide even more for her clan! Feeling her mother as she joined the cheers and nudged her shoulder, she laughed happily. "Thank you, mom!" No longer being the apprentice she was earlier, she now would sleep in the warriors' den, join them as they protect ShadowClan, and everything that a warrior would be able to achieve.
Her eyes glanced upwards to her father's, and she purred with Swiftheart, despite the rain still pouring on their faces. I hope you're watching us from above, dad. I'll be an honorable warrior, like you and mom!
Harechaser had settled in the crowd to listen to Froststar's announcement, wishing that he could simply call an end to the rain that was plaguing Shadowclan's territory. A warrior ceremony, it turned out to be instead, and she found herself grinning as her niece Crowpaw was called forward. The ceremony was quickly underway, with the newly-named Crowspirit becoming a warrior the clan would be proud of, just as Harechaser had thought she would. Cheerfully, the fluffy tortoiseshell padded forward, lightly nudging Swiftheart in passing before addressing Shadowclan's newest warrior. "Congratulations, Crowspirit! I'm proud of you!" She purred.
Snowfoot had been sitting quietly off to the side during the ceremony, but now she came forward to greet the new warrior. “Congratulations, Crowspirit,” she mewed. “We’re all very proud of you.” Turning to Swiftheart, she offered a smile. “Hard to believe they’re growing up so fast,” she mused.
