The fox had dropped Iceheart, but it was clear to Harechaser that her clanmate was still disoriented and attempting to gather herself. As Nightstalker and Rosepaw leapt into the fray, Harechaser dug her fangs into the ugly red pelt. She hoped they would be able to drive it off, or maybe even kill it. They had the numbers, after all, but the fox was still a fearsome opponent.
