Snowfoot padded through the marsh, enjoying the cool night air on her fur. She knew it wasn’t the smartest idea to be out alone with Dark Forest cats lurking, but she just had to get away and breathe. Her ears perked as she saw a little movement in front of her. A lizard. She crouched, stalked, and sprang. Success! The she-cat was providing for her Clan. She decided to go ahead and bring her catch back to camp, not wanting to be gone too long.

Snowfoot was going to return to camp. She really was. But the smell of mouse was just too tempting. She couldn’t help herself. The she-cat set down her lizard and stalked towards the mouse.
Yes! Two pieces of prey for the Clan. She retrieved her lizard and began to head home.

Another tempting scent wafted through the night air. Now that she was back on her feet, shouldn’t Snowfoot do all she could to provide for the clan? Just one more mouse… Okay fine. Three pieces of prey. She was definitely heading home now.
