Appearance: Orchid is a long-furred lynx-point molly with a fluffy plumed tail, white toes, and piercing ice-blue eyes.  She has a tall, muscular, long-legged build, making her an imposing figure.

Personality: Orchid by nature is very serious, living by a no fun only business mentality.  Even as a kit she strives to appear mature for her age, almost to the point of ridiculousness.  Being an outsider to the clan she's always felt the need to prove herself as useful and capable, and fears just being another average cat in the crowd.  She seeks the approval of her elders, leading to her often brushing off the company of cats her own age; it's likely she's seen as stuffy, boring, and an attention seeker.  The few cats she keeps close in her life she loves dearly, but has a hard time showing it and often puts them on the backburner compared to her own interests.  She wouldn't call herself ambitious for any specific position, rather she just wants to be noticed for her achievements and seen as an essential member of the clan.  She is also a very logical and neutral cat and is not prone to extremes or aggression unless provoked; however, she tends not to speak her true opinions when they go against the crowd, fearing damage to her image.  However, she doesn't have a heart of stone; she has a weakness for cute things like small flowers, pretty stones, and bird feathers; she keeps a collection of these things and guards it against all prying eyes.  She loves kits, and will sometimes help keep them entertained...if she can justify it as beneficial, that is.  She has a good heart, but her pride and deep-rooted insecurity often keep it hidden.
