| Specifically, February 7th, at 6:28 PM (18:28 Military time) would be the perfect time to celebrate e.

| One of my younger sisters woke up at 1:00 am this morning and thought it was 5:00, (she likes to get up at 5:00 every morning), so she started getting ready for the day. Then she looked at the clock, noticed what time it was, and went back to sleep. But I had heard her walking around and opening/shutting doors, (I wake up at 6:00 every morning and often hear her at 5:00), so I was internally panicking because it felt too early to be 5:00, but if it was 5:00, I only had one hour left to sleep.
