Chancing Reconciliation [o]

Gingerkit melted with relief as the cats seemed to realize just how very exhausted he and the rest of his littermates were. He went limp as one of them picked him up, noticing Maple also get picked up. He was set across the cat’s back -which one didn’t matter to the ginger-pelted tom. He was half asleep by the time they reached wherever they were going, until a sudden voice startled him awake, as the owner of the voice nudged him into a more comfortable position. Ginger peered with bleary eyes, but couldn’t get them to focus, he was so exhausted, and let out a mewl of distress.

Swansong nodded and stepped forward, her ear twitching at pawsteps from behind, and then Wrenspring's voice. What he must be feeling at Redfall's return.... She crouched down, her expression softening into genuine warmth as she beckoned at the other kits still huddling by their father, obviously exhausted. "We'll have you someplace safe in no time," She encouraged, casting a glance behind as Wrenspring nudged one of the kits onto Smokefeather's back. A good idea, actually. Cocking her head slightly as she looked back to the kits in front of her, she added, "Have any of you ever heard of a badger ride?"

(ooc: I don't quite know what the plan is, so I'm just assuming from here that Swan carries some kits and they all head off to RiverClan's camp. She has two slots for passengers, so whoever calls dibs gets a ride :P)
