Also, I realized that certain parts of the form may be misinterpreted, so here's an example for clarification.

Favorite flower: favorite flower of the cat, not yours(unless cat's favorite flower is yours)
Shape: this is not the shape of the aesthetic. These are shapes used in pictures. See how Mud and Soft have pictures of stars in theirs? That's what this is. I only do square shaped aesthetics. If you don't want any shapes, just put none, N/A, no, etc.
Clouds?: pictures of clouds. Answer yes or no.
Quotes?: pictures of quotes. Do not provide quotes unless you provide a picture. I will find quotes that I think fits the character. Answer yes or no.
Cat picture: real cat photo of your cat. Please no drawings guys.
