Warrior Clan Cats
The future's in your paws. Shape it well.Roleplay in a cat Clan of warriors. Based off the Warriors series by Erin Hunter. Takes place in an AU before the cats in the books existed.
Welcome to WCC! Here are our latest announcements:
The Clans are being greeted by silence from their ancestors, unless StarClan is voicing their fury. With the anger of the stars against them, how will the cats of the clans fare as newleaf reclaims the area?
Activity checks take place on the 1st of the month. This month's activity check has been completed and closed. If you missed it, please PM a staff member with the filled form for each of your characters.
Newleaf is steadily returning to the forest, the flowers, grasses, and trees blooming with life once more. After the flood of last Newleaf, the heavy rains seem more threatening to the clans older members, but as prey and herbs slowly return there seems to be a fragile sense of peace. What challenges will Newleaf hold for the clan cats?
Gatherings take place on the 1st of the month; keep your eyes out for a staff member's post!
Make sure to check your Clan's Key Events under the Clan Information boards to see what's happening in your Clan!
Please feel free to hit up any staff member if you have any questions!

Chirp let out a wild cry as she leaped towards the dogs, following Echo's strong lead, but before she could latch her claws into one of the ginormous creatures a loud, blood-chilling roar rang out through the air behind the patrol, and as the young to-be whipped around she saw Sharptooth, closer and much scarier than ever before as it lunged towards one of the dogs, killing it almost effortlessly. Heart pounding, the calico felt her paws moving on their own as she backed away, not out of cowardice, but of common sense. The battle was over, thanks to them; now, the Clan cats could escape. "Ha!" A victorious grin on her face, she looked around the battlefield, and instantly felt guilty. Those cats...were they dead? There was so much blood everywhere, and some of those bodies...it was too gruesome. Her paws shook; never before had she ever been in a battle, and it only made her more grateful to be a prey-hunter. Pulling herself away, she watched as cats ran, and was about to launch after them when she noticed a small group who still remained. A pale-furred queen she recognized as one of the SkyClan cats, and...
"F-Firflower!" Night's heart lifted as his old friend came up beside him, for a moment causing him to wince at the feeling of a strange weight upon his injured shoulder, but he quickly realized it didn't matter; she had survived after all, and even more, these were her kits! Resting his chin upon her head for a moment as he purred, the dark-pelted tom stepped back to make sure no dog was approaching when he realized...there was more than one enemy now. In a rush, many kithood stories told deep within the din of the elder's cave flooded back to him, and his fur spiked out as pure terror overcame the former Tribe cat. Is...is that... "Sharptooth!" His yowl coming as a gasp, he was about to turn around to push Firflower and her litter forward - the great beast's roaring shaking the cliffs - when an unfamiliar voice sounded from nearby.
"Hey, you three! Get out of here, before-OOF!"
Ears pricking up, Night in his weakened state had no time to react before, all of a sudden, a small cat had crashed into his flank, making him stumble. With a grunt of pain, he looked down through wide green eyes to see a calico she-cat - apprentice-aged he would guess - rubbing her head with a paw, before jumping back into action. "W-we need to get away, now!" Despite her sudden, seemingly stunned tone, Night nodded and nudged Firflower's shoulder, gesturing towards where the other clans had moved farther down the path, before breaking into an unsteady run alongside the apprentice, pain shooting through his leg with every pace. StarClan...what is going on?
As they ran, Chirp refused to let herself believe it, but every time she glanced over to look at the black-pelted tom's face, his deep leaf-green eyes stared on ahead, the white flecks upon his muzzle further proving his age. Even the white star on his chest, for which he had been named for... No Chirp, you're going crazy! It can't be him, it's not possible! He was exiled, remember? What would he be doing with the Clans? She knew with confidence that this tom had not been in the cave when they had left...along with several other of the cats she saw amid the crowd. Where had they come from? Panting, her mind raced, nervousness and sorrow mixing in a way that made her stomach hurt. But...what if he is? You'll never know if you don't ask. If he isn't though...I swear now, I won't cry! I swear! "...Nigh-"
But then, the rock dropped.
Chirp halted in her place, along with the black tom. With an unholy scream, the Sharptooth was flattened by the stone cast from the mountain's side...but upon the ground now lay two dead cats. One a fiery ginger, and the other...a beautiful silver she-cat with cool spots. Her patrol members.
Though the chaos was over, Night's heart did not stop racing. He couldn't recognize the ginger tabby tom, but the she-cat...it was Blizzardstar. Or, Blizzardshine, he thought he remembered; the former ThunderClan leader had sacrificed herself, and as two cats he assumed were her kits rushed forward, the tom bowed his head. Their sacrifices will not be in vain...for they have saved us all. As their mourning cries rang out, the exile came to realize that the she-cat beside him was sniffling. Nuzzling her ear sympathetically, he purred in a comforting tone; "I'm sorry for your loss...are you a member of ThunderClan?" To his surprise, she whipped her head up, shaking it vigorously as if to hide her tears. "N-No, I'm a Tribe to-be...my name is Chirp...Chirp of Cricket at Sunset. I...I am the granddaughter of Flower Blooming at Twilight."
Wait...I know that name... Instantly, Night's eyes widened, and a great smile dawned upon his face.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Chirp. I am the son of Bird who Flies at Dawn, Flower's sister. My name is Night.
Night of Stormy Gales."

Heronflight was in the middle of fighting the dog when he heard something. A roar coming from the mountains. The mountains our clanmates came from, he realized. What could- And then he saw it. It was a monstrous beast, its teeth bared. It almost looked like a cat, but larger, like the ancient LionClan, TigerClan, and LeopardClan cats. However, it didn't look like the ancient cats of old. It had amber fur with a whiter underside, and it had piercing yellow eyes that almost went through him. Despite the senior warrior's wisdom, he was afraid of this thing. The gray tabby overheard it being called "Sharptooth". He almost panicked, thinking how they could deal with both the dogs and Sharptooth at the same time.
That's it. The patrol didn't have to take care of both of their enemies alone. They had to let the beasts take care of themselves. The dogs had to fight Sharptooth, and Sharptooth had to fight the dogs. When the gray tabby saw the creature suddenly attack the dogs, he smiled for a little while, before realizing how many cats could get caught in the crossfire. In a few heartbeats, the dogs started falling left and right until the Sharptooth was the last monstrous creature left. The gray tabby realized that this could be the end for every cat here, as many of the cats were unconscious from the dogs, and the Sharptooth still looked hungry and powerful. Suddenly two cats, a ginger tom and a silver she-cat, started a rock slide that was headed right towards the Sharptooth. When he gazed at the rubble, the gray warrior was sure that no cat could survive that. Not even the Sharptooth could survive that, he realized, looking at the Sharptooth's limp body. He couldn't comprehend everything, so he ended up standing there, staring at the fallen rocks. They were heroes... May they find peace in StarClan.
