A Long Awaited Reunion (East Shore)

So all this time, Poppyheart had been living in Twolegplace right next to SkyClan territory. If only he had known that, then he would've been able to break his brother out much sooner. It was strange to hear how his brother had been practically turned into a kittypet, but it was even stranger to hear that Twolegs actually helped him recover from his wounds. Twolegs were very strange indeed, and he couldn't exactly see himself thanking them for helping his brother as they were probably just being their strange, mindless selves, but he was still thankful Poppyheart had recovered just fine nonetheless. The other kittypet he spoke of, Carat, seemed to be a strange character as well. He knew that Poppyheart would definitely be better off without her in his life anymore, yet at least he could see him thanking her for helping him get by.

At Poppyheart's statement about the strange ... collar thing and the mention of other survivors, Asterspark meowed, "Oh, yeah, I'm sure Scorchstar will be able to help with that. He was one of the few cats who had been swept away to this place. All our other Clanmates are somewhere else. I know that some of them made it to Highstones, though, including Redwing. She's really been missin' you, you know. I know we'll see her again really soon, though, so don't worry too much. Anyway, yeah, lemme bring ya back to the others so Scorchstar can help ya get that thing off." After briefly nuzzling Poppyheart's muzzle once more, Asterspark began leading the way back to their makeshift camp, thankful that his own personal mission in finding his long-lost brother and bringing him back home had been successful.
