| The night was dark as Vixenpaw made her way through the territory. The firey red she-cat's white face stood out in the shadows. So far, her life and apprenticeship was not much to mention. But a knot in her stomach fortold something that was going to change.
She paused at the border, gazing out to the enemy land. When would her life pick up? ______________________________________ Astra inclinant... .: Coyotegrin :: Kestrelchirp :: Quailprowler : Singedfox :. #9966ff : #cc3300 : #6699ff : #993366 : Bold WC T5 Warrior : WC T3 Warrior : TC T2 Warrior : SC T1 Warrior (Perma-NPC) "When there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire." |

| Having been doing nothing in particular back at camp, Slatepaw had taken a curiosity into some-apprentice's leaving. If he remembered right, they weren't supposed to leave the camp without a warrior, but only mousebrain's followed such dull regulations, seeing as though sitting around the camp was a waste of his time. So, here he was, following some she-cat through the marshy forest, keeping a good distance so that she wouldn't notice him. He followed her for a little bit until she stopped, in which he stopped as well. After a few moments of watching her stare off into the distance, he'd had enough.
"You're a flea-brain, leaving camp unattended," the abnormally large black and grey tom mewed, slowly making his way over to Vixenpaw, his browbeat orange eyes not leaving her pelt. Per usual, he his head and tail high, his voice confident and strong, and his fluffy pelt groomed just enough so that it didn't look like a total rat's nest. He didn't give two claws about this apprentice and what happened to her, but there wasn't much else to say in a time like this. |
