Are they a Senior Warrior?: No, he is a Disabled Experienced Warrior with only the time requirement left to become Senior Warrior, I think.

Reason for becoming an Elder: He has only three legs and will be deaf in one ear and somewhat hard of hearing in the other. He really can't do much of anything at this point. He's also old enough that he could have been a senior warrior on august 1(minimum).

I'd have him do the thing after his ear is taken off which should happen today or tomorrow.
ALSO, would his -30 sp and -5 hp apply to his elder stats too?

yes, the disabled stats are permanent.
